Customer Service Specialist, Juli Living / NREP


We are looking for a talented team player to join our customer service team of the new cool living concept Juli Living at NREP Helsinki! The position

We will get you to be a part of our customer service and letting team currently consisting of 4 professionals.
Hands-on, you will take care of apartment viewings and provide excellent customer-service to Juli Living´s customers. You and the team are responsible for renting available apartments, answering customer inquiries and for implementing needed marketing and sales actions. All of our agreements come through a digital platform so you can forget all the old school paper work.

We are currently developing our customer service function and digital apartment rental platform to create the best customer experience in market, which is why you are invited to participate in inventing ways of increasing sales through the digital channel and create smoother digital buying experience for the customer. Together with the team you plan and execute activities that create cosy and comfortable communities and neighbourhoods to live in.
You bring new insight and ideas on how to develop customer service quality, sales and marketing of our current and upcoming brand new rental apartments. The aim is to create an excellent customer experience to everyone who chooses Juli Living as their home. We expect you to be a true team player both internally within your closest team as well as towards our external stakeholders, eg. technical building managers.

Qualifications

Your background could preferably be a combination of customer service, sales and marketing. We would prefer experience from letting business, although it is definitely not a must. If coming from outside the business, you should have genuine interest to learn  how to solve the problems for our customers in a friendly but accurate manner. Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English is a must.

To succeed, you have the ability to listen to the customers, surprise them positively and see solutions instead of problems. You are good at planning your own work, ambitious and result driven. You do not have to be an IT expert, but you adopt effortlessly to new software and IT tools and easily understand the different steps of customer journey in online portals. For you to feel at home with us, you should enjoy working close to the end customers and external stakeholders, as well as the internal team.
